3. Payment Terms
Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the conference. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to abide by the conference code of conduct, which promotes a harassment-free environment for all.
6. Data Privacy
Your personal information will be used only for conference-related communications and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Abstract Submission (for Presenters)
Presenters must complete registration and payment before submitting abstracts. Abstracts can be submitted through your dashboard after login.
